Yzma - Above It All would be a great addition to a control-heavy deck that focuses on maintaining board presence and disrupting the opponent's strategy. Its Shift ability provides flexibility in deployment while its Evasive trait ensures protection from non-Evasive characters. The ability to return banished characters and force card discards adds disruptive elements to the game, making it a valuable card in the right deck. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Yzma's unique combination of abilities could prove beneficial in the right context and should definitely see play in a deck that can capitalize on its strengths.
