A deck focused on controlling the board through targeted damage would benefit from Tug-Of-War, especially if the opponent has a mix of characters with and without Evasive. However, the card Lorcana Retribution may be a better choice as it deals 2 damage to each opposing character, regardless of Evasive status, for the same cost of 5 lorcana-steel. Tug-Of-War could still see play in decks looking to specifically target characters with and without Evasive to gain an advantage.
