A deck focused on flooding the board with multiple copies of The Queen would benefit the most from using The Queen - Fairest of All, as it gains additional power for each other copy in play. The Reflections of Vanity ability can quickly make this card a formidable threat. However, the high cost of 5 lorcana-sapphire and the need to have multiple copies of The Queen in play may limit its effectiveness. Other cards that provide immediate value or have lower costs may be better options for most decks, but in a specific Queen-focused deck, The Queen - Fairest of All could see play.
