A control deck focused on disrupting the opponent's game plan and maintaining card advantage would benefit from including Refute in their deck. While Refute offers the flexibility of countering a spell and replacing itself with a card draw, there are more efficient options like Counterspell or Mana Leak that provide similar effects without the discard drawback.
