Questa carta, Sheer Drop, sarebbe utile in un mazzo di controllo o midrange che si concentra sulla rimozione delle minacce dal campo mentre ha anche l'opzione di trasformare una terra in una creatura per una maggiore aggressività. Mentre Sheer Drop è un decente incantesimo di rimozione con il potenziale per creare una creatura potente, ci sono probabilmente opzioni migliori come Path to Exile o Swords to Plowshares per una rimozione più efficiente delle creature. Tuttavia, nel mazzo giusto, Sheer Drop potrebbe comunque essere giocato come una carta versatile che può fornire sia rimozione che una minaccia potenziale sul campo di battaglia.

The land will retain any other types, subtypes, or supertypes it previously had. It will also retain any mana abilities it had as a result of those subtypes. For example, a Forest that’s turned into a creature this way can still be tapped for .

You can cast a spell with awaken for its mana cost and get only its first effect. If you cast a spell for its awaken cost, you’ll get both effects.
